Determining Economic Losses
Eco-Stat is called upon to serve the needs of litigants (plaintiffs and defendants) and their counsel. For well over 20 years, Eco-Stat has developed a reputation for fairly assessing the true value of economic damages.
We combine expertise and presentation skills which allow us to assess damages and show both sides the value of a claim. These skills, more often than not, are helpful in aiding litigants settle a case. When pre-trial settlements are not reached, these same skills allow us to make a clear trial presentation whether at deposition or at trial.
